Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met. You will assist in various food preparation tasks, maintain cleanliness in the service area, and contribute to a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events, ensuring all items are properly presented.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Participate in training sessions on food safety practices and customer service techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Experience in banquet service or bartending is advantageous for this role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
