Single Point of Contact – From the onset, a primary point of contact is assigned to each new client, ensuring clear and open lines of communication and complete client satisfaction. It is our belief that by assigning a single point of contact, we minimize duplication of efforts and errors.
Quick Response Time – Within a 30-minute time frame of receiving your initial order, an associate from our office will contact you. The associate will review your staffing requirements, assign a single point of contact and provide any necessary feedback at that time.
Performance Guarantee – If you are not fully satisfied with the associate assigned to fulfill your requirements, we will immediately re-evaluate the assignment and replace the associate. We offer a four-hour guarantee on all new associates.
Emergency Service and 24-Hour Hotline Service – Absenteeism can cause an organization great duress. When the workers you need for a particular department, project or program are not available, you can supplement your labor force with temporary staff members. On reasonably short notice, we can supply a number of employees from our emergency pool.
Weekend and Night Services – We also provide staffing solutions to meet your weekend, evening and overnight requirements. In most cases, there is no shift differential fee charged for the second shift or regular weekend hours; however, there may be a differential fee charged for the third shift.
Repeat Assignments – For clients with recurring staffing needs, we make every effort to have the same associate available. This procedure eliminates the need for retraining and provides associates who are familiar with your routine and procedures.
